WHAT IS CHOCOBUTTER?

ChocoButter is made from pure cocoa butter; it is a fat based food coloring that blends well with chocolate and produces a higher quality finish than other oil based colorants. Colored cocoa butter can be used for tinting chocolate or to paint confections easily, including fondant, buttercream and gumpaste. “ChocoButter” arrives solid and pre-tempered.

HOW TO USE?

Simply warm the container in small increments (stirring or shaking often) until the cocoa butter reaches 90°F. Once liquid, you can spray it, splatter it or mix it to create stunning artisan effects.
